Wheat and bread, besides the key role that played and play in the survival of humanity, will  symbolise forever the human joy that arises from the essential and not from the redundant.

On this concept Yakinthia Festival, from July 27 to July 30, 2016 will present a series of events that will involve the whole wheat cycle from seed to bread.

Lectures, exhibitions, kneading and baking bread, dance and music will generously be donated to us, for one more year, in order to highlight the bravery of choosing natural lifestyle.
